Concrete is reinforced for increasing of such characteristics as durability on bend and stretching, thereby it is changing their structure. As a result concrete gets qualitatively new properties. Alternative to traditional reinforcing is addition of fiber into the structure of concrete – fibres of high durability. Company "RosFibra" delivers two basic classes of fiber: it is steel fiber and polypropylene (synthetic) one. Fibres, at their addition into the concrete, substantially raise shock durability, crack resistance, durability on stretching and other properties of the concrete. Concretes of this kind are used at strengthening of buildings and constructions.
The steel fiber carries out power functions, replacing welded grids and armature skeletons and considerably raises characteristics of traditional concrete as it represents a distributed armature into a concrete plate in regular intervals. It is used for making such material as steel fiber concrete, possessing high indicators of durability, viscosity of destruction, frost resistance, water resistance, fire resistance, resistance of cavitation. Steel fiber concrete (SFC) can replace concrete and reinforced-concrete plates in monolithic with the big constructive effect, and also modular constructions, working on shock loadings, galling, pressing, thus allowing to reduce concrete and steel expenses considerably, and also expenditures of labour in comparison with traditional technologies.
Steel anchor fiber
It is made of a high-quality wire in accordance with Russian national standard GOST 3282-74 with time resistance from 900 N/ìì2.

It is applied to making  concrete floor coverings (including seamless and bulk), reinforcings of the basis and restoration of road coverings, the industrial equipment, bridge constructions, protective constructions, runways, hydraulic engineering constructions, etc.

Steel wave fiber
It is made from high-carbonaceous wire in accordance with Russian national standard GOST 9389-75 with the brass covering, having time resistance from 1200 Í/ìì2.

It is applied to making  industrial floors, making concrete monolithic and modular constructions, thin-walled products, pipelines, the underground, railway and road tunnels, etc.

Metal fiber - is a material improving the characteristics of concrete after that  concrete fills by durability – that  carries out power functions.

Polypropylene fiber

These are special fibres are made, applied to increase crack-resistance and durabilities of concrete, a solution, plaster structures gas-concrete, foam-concrete, plaster etc. This type is used for reception fiber concrete which possesses high indicators of durability, frost resistance, viscosity of destruction, fire-resistance, water resistance, resistance to cavitation.

Polypropylene fiber (PolyArm)

It is applied to reinforcing of heavy concretes, strengthening of bridge overlappings, the bases, increase durability characteristics of industrial couplers, etc. Such fiber is easily distributed and mixes up in cement mixes and does not put a damage to the equipment submitting and mixing concrete. For manufacture rigid polymeric fiber as raw materials use primary polypropylene.

Synthetic fiber - a material improving the characteristics of concrete during the initial period of filling durability by concrete.
